Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the cancellation request.. After receiving the cancellation request, our team will review your eligibility for a refund and process it accordingly. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 15-day cancellation period.
