1. Cancellation Policy

○ Customers may cancel their enrollment in any of our online public speaking courses within 15 days of the course start date.

○ To request a cancellation, please email us at info@aduffylearning.com with your course details and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

○ Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the cancellation request.

○ After receiving the cancellation request, our team will review your eligibility for a refund and process it accordingly.

○ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

○ No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 15-day cancellation period.

3. Conditions for Refunds

○ Refunds will not be issued for partial course completion or non-attendance.

○ Aduffy Learning reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
